Kate Hall

I am a qualified couples counsellor and work with couples helping them to find their way through what can be a very challenging and emotional time.
Beyond counselling, I also have a background of 11 years as an employment lawyer, where I support both employees and employers when facing difficult situations. Specialising in discrimination law I feel that I have a very real understanding of stresses and challenges facing people in the workplace.
I trained in the person centred approach because I believe that it is the relationship between counsellor and client makes all the difference. I find it a privilege to work with my clients, be part of their life and accompany them on their journey.
I am a champion for equality and would love for mental health to acknowledged by society as important as physical health. I believe strongly that everyone should have access to counselling services.
