What is counselling?
Counselling/psychotherapy is a way in which to explore anything that is affecting you; whether it be from the past, the present or something in the future. Counselling can help you make choices in your life that feel right for you. We will listen carefully and respond sensitively. You will not be judged or given advice and everything you say is highly confidential. We will provide you with safe and accepting conditions and will help you to explore and understand yourself better. This will help you make sense of your problems.
